I wanted to know if somebody could paste the code so I can input music background for my website pages.thanks in advance

Please don't do that. The only thing you will do is drive your visitors away. Some people are in a place where that is not welcome. Some people just hate it with a pasion. I listen to music while I am on the computer. I don't want it mixed with music. Add it as an option to turn on.

But if you must do it.

This makes the audio player invisable. You can also put a .wav file in there. You need it twice to have it work in all browsers.

I am on a dial up connection, so when I have to download a music file it can really slow the page down.
Confession: Yeah, OK! So I had music backgrounds on my first web site, I had frames too! Who didn't towards the end of the 90's :)

The option to have it download and subsecuently play sounds good to me.

Yup, I'm casting another vote for 'Please DON'T put music on your webpage'!

Seriously, in 99.99% of websites, it's totally useless and downright annoying. You might be in the 0.01%, but those are pretty small odds...

It's intrusive, presumptive and just plain arrogant to think, as a visitor, I want to listen to your choise of music, let alone it might wake the baby and then imagine how angry I'll be.
