Hello

Ive been using a CMS over a year and the reason i start with it thought its easy and secure cause i dont know coding.
After a freind ask me to built him a site for $ and i faced the truth,uh i dont know how to built a web site in html, css, php :( .So i decided to leave cms and have a normal site which i created myself for my needed so i wanna change my site style but i dont have any idea which to go.

I read around that a full CSS site can be good and easy to update with php pages and ssi but anyway im reading around that css sites is can be mess for some visitors cause of browsers :(

This is the point i need opinions ,suggestions from yall please

whats the point if i use tables with basic html pages or css without tables?

Is it good to go a full css site ( my pages will have .php extensions)?
Do i have a basic html site?
or what other options except .asp

Please help me to find my right way :)

I suggest you start by just getting a handle on the html. Then use some shtml server side includes for the header and footer. Then start experimenting with embedded CSS. Then go to more advanced external CSS.

Let one thing lead to another, but take the time to learn the basics. HTML and CSS are very easy to learn. It just takes a little time. Dig right in.

In the long run, the short cuts always seem to take longer - unless of course you know the basics.
