Hii

IS there anyway to view websites where they have put IP BLOCKS on their sites to restrict traffic from certain countries and regions..?

And is it possible to access these websites by using a proxy connection..?

Thanks
Daffy

Ya should be. If you can mask your IP by using a portal of some sort, there shouldn't be a reason why you couldn't view the page. Unless that page has also blocked that specific portal.

Yes, there are tons of free proxies, mostly they just show an extra ad. Google "free anonymous proxy." I used to use AOL LAN as a proxy when I was a member there, that will work MSN too.
