I'm looking at CivicCRM - a mod for Drupal - to manage the membership database for quite a large non-profit organisation.
Anyone got any advice on CivicCRM, open source or low cost off the shelf CRMs? There's some discussion on TechSoup, but I'd appreciate a different view ...
