Back Up Utility / or Site Moving Utility

Does any buddy know of a good back up utility or site moving utility something that will basically make a mirror of a site, for back up purposes and, just to mirror the site. The sites pretty large so I am trying to avoid having to download it locally.

rsync [samba.anu.edu.au] is often mentioned for mirroring entire websites and filesystems for backup.

Don't know what your requirements are, but that could work, or you could use something as simple as FTP or SCP/SFTP.
