Looking for image submission tool or script

Hello

Hope I'm in the right section for this question.

I am looking for a tool which will allow visitors to submit an image of themselves to my website.

It's for a project I am trying to get off the ground. Basically, I want to enable visitors to sumit their image, their photo, and this will then be available, ideally searchable by member name, on a sort of 'rogue's gallery' page/s.

If you imagine a club, and members can view each other's pics and put 'a face to the voice' as it were.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

I found it in my Fantastico in cPanel from my host! Forgot that was there! lol
