I was wondering if anyone has any experience with revision control and automated deployment in a web development environment. My new company is expanding from two developers to five and we are of the opinion that we need a system in place to help our development efforts. Unfortunately, the other developers and I have no experience in these areas.

We develop with Cold Fusion in Windows using both Dreamweaver 2004 and Eclipse.

We're looking for a system that allows us to easily keep track of revisions and something that has a better system of deploying components in a project from a dev server to a staging server and then to a live server than just copying the files between computers.

Any suggestions or advice as to where to start looking would be appreciated.
