email service that does not block other services

email service blocked; mail rejected due to excessive spam

I need to find a email service provider that always works and is not constantly blocking all mail traffic from another ISP because they have gotten some Spam from some of their users.

The requirement. I travel a lot and am contently getting emails. Whenever possible I like to download my emails into Outlook Express instead of viewing them through a browser.

The current problem is my contacts are replying to my emails but the replies are not getting through. The replies are getting returned to the contacts "undeliverable - mail rejected due to excessive Spam".

I am guessing my mail service (goDaddy) is rejecting the mail from my contact because goDaddy has gotten some Spam from that mail service recently.

This is not the first time this has happened. I would really like to find a service that always receive my mail and always sends it. A small reliable company that has a good track record perhaps. Also if anyone has a better understand of why perfectly good mail is getting rejected my mail services that would be nice to know as well.

I've found that this is common when an email service uses one of more of the blackhole lists to determine what is and isn't spam. Most especially the BLARSBL list includes entire IP ranges for an ISP if the person who runs it decides there is too much spam.

Now, don't get me wrong, I like some of these blackhole lists. The one run by spamcop is excellent. But BLARSBL is especially harsh and very difficult to get removed from. And some email systems, and I believe godaddy is one, unfortunately check against it.
