URL not showing up correctly in an addon domain

Hello,
I have one main domain (Cpanel) and it has another domain addon to it.

My main site say is mainsite.com
another site othersite.com goes to www.mainsite.com/othersite (and is supposed to appear as it's own website to the user)

If I go to www.othersite.com/gallery, no problems.
If I go to www.othersite.com/blog (using WordPress), the blog works, but when you click any links in the wordpress menu it shows the URL as www.mainsite.com/othersite/blog/.... etc

Why does "mainsite.com" appear here when I have set the addon domain to othersite.com?

I've had this problem before. After speaking to my hosting service they were able to fix most of it for me. However, even now, ANY links with "mainhost.com/othersite" will show that way, as will any relative links after those pages. So be sure you have no links of this type, and carefully check for others linking to you that way.
