Website Validators andLinters (WebCEO, etc)

I have recently been made responsible for the 'quality' of our dozen corporate sites and am new to this task (and Webmaster World).

I am trying to decide on a site validation/linter program and am unable to determine which is best. From what I've found so far it seems that WebCEO and WebLink Validator are the two overall best, but does anyone have any suggestions?

I would like to have a little bit of SEO functionality but want more of the site quality...html errors, broken links, etc. I want to be able to schedule the scans and have easily understood reports.
