CPU Load?

I posted the following question in the Flash & Shockwave forum recently and did not receive any helpful replies (and it is probably more a website tech issue than a flash developers one).

If anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

I am about to embark on the installation of Flash Communication Server and am wondering what the server load is like.

I am considering installing it on my web server box (win 2003 - Dual Xeon 3.4Ghz processors). This box is only a web server, it has no database or any other demanding applications.

Do you think it will run smoothly running both IIS and Flash Comm?
