Hello,

I run one of those technology-challenged companies - all of my data is stored in QuickBooks.

I want to be able to measure customer satisfaction for the translation services that we provide. How do I make that happen simply?

Basically I want to type up a list of questions and send it to each customer and vendor associated with a job and ask them to fill the questionnaire. I called QB support to ask but they offered no solution.

What kind of technology do I have to use?

Thank you in advance.

There are lots of ways to measure customer satisfaction. Companies have been doing it long before any computer technology.

Some ideas:
when you invoice, put a Postage Paid Business Reply Card in there with a quick survey.

Create a simple webpage with a "poll". Scripts abound for this.

Follow up a job with a phone call or email a week later. You might be surprised what you hear.

It doesn't have to be complicated, and you probably won't be able to do anything with your QuickBooks system.

Thank you for the speedy response. Do you have any survey script to recommend? My site is hosted right now on a Windows 2000 server (or 2003?).

Thanks.
