My webserver is down more than up. Need help

I've been with my hosting company for 2 years. Stuck with them since their customer service is outstanding and my sites hosted with them were "fun" sites, nothing important. Well I now have an ecommerce site with them and now I am seeing the error of my ways.

Site was down 5 or more DAYS jan-febuary. With multiple 20-60 minute down times almost daily. They said it was the CP software so I moved all my sites to a "more stable" box with a different CP software.

Well right after I moved that box started going flakey and was down multiple times (Since March 16th) as well as having it sit in the office for 2 days (instead of the datacenter) on a SLOW connection (so they could "monitor" it) which made trying to reach the site so slow it was as good as down.

Even though their other servers never seem to have trouble my luck must be bad because 2 server 2 horrible experiences. They don't have any backup servers so when the box is broke & they have to take it offline to fix it your sites are down *grrrr

Anyways, I am looking for a RELIABLE, speedy server company. Would like 24 hour phone support if possible since I work nights and that's when i would need service.

If anyone can recommend a good, fast host please sticky mail me so I can check it out. I've lost so much business with the current host going down, shame on me for staying so long :(
