DHTML Java Menus, do they get spidered?

I am trying to figure out how to get all of my html pages to link off of my index page, the reason is because my index page gets spidered every day. For example, on my index page, I have Composers Biographies links , like Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, and much more, all on the index page, because I want these pages to be regularly spidered by Google, MSN, and Yahoo. The only problem is, the homepage is now getting crowded. What should I do, in order to make sure my new pages get spidered? My method right now is, create a new page, and put a link to the new page on my index page in the border.

Would a DHTML Java Menu treat the links the same way, or will they just be non existent? Will the sitemap take care of my problem? Or should I put these links on a page that has a high pagerank?

I assume you mean Javascript, not Java.

If the menus are done in Javascript most spiders will have problems crawling them.

I'd put a secondary plain HTML menu in <nocript> tags if you really must use javascript. Most users won't see it, but any browsers or spiders that don't support Javascript will see it.
