Good affordable Windows hosting

to support high user volume

I am having difficulties with current hosting company. We are running asp, perl and SQL Server on Windows servers. They promise unlimited bandwidth, but when we started getting a good visitor volume, they are shutting us down for "the site reached resource limit" reason. 3 times in a row now.

Questions:
* Do you think I'd be better off going to a semi- or dedicated server (say, 50K pages a day served, 50GB/month bandwidth)?

* Can you sticky me with good reiable hosting that can support upwards of 10K users per day, but is still affordable?

Need it ASAP, site is up-and-down for 3 days now.
