How to send Form without losing the form design

Please help!

A web site client wants to receive the on-line employment application on their web site without losing the form design and format. I found an old thread on this at [webmasterworld.com...] but WW wouldn't let me reply to the thread because it's too old.

Right now they receive a plain text form via email, but they don't want to lose the look and format of the form.

Any new thoughts on how to do this? I don't have Adobe Acrobat, as one of the old posts had suggested using it to create a .pdf form. Too expensive right now! Please help if you can.

How about using html for the message format. You should be able to mimic any web form, and most email readers will display html these days, Outlook being the most common.
