I would have posted on the topic but the reply has been dis-abled. You need the write a list of items that are important to you. Start with support, is there phone support? if so what are the hours?. Then list the features you need next the one you want. Asking on a forum will only get you "My guy is great" or "stay away from.." everybody has their own experiences which may or may not be the same for you. Hosting is like cell phone service except switching is much easier.
