Monitoring domain health

HTTP Post instead of e-mail

I'm looking for a program that will run on my PC, checking my domains (hosted elsewhere) every 10 minutes.

This is easy, but instead of sending an e-mail in case of problems I wanted this program to use POST HTTP. This way I can send this to a SMS gateway where the message will be sent to my mobile phone.

I'm looking for this because the current e-mail solutions don't work since MS Outlook asks for authorisation to a third party program to access it, and I'll not be there 24/7...

Any ideas?

Never mind... Found one with its own SMTP engine, so I can e-mail the SMS gateway. Not free, but for $19.95 I can monitor lots of domains...
