Hi, does anyone have any ideas how to accomplish the following? We have an active failover architecture using load balancers (no standby except DB server) Our clients are mostly wireless. We have a new client whose wireless devices do not support DNS and only support hard coded IP addresses which all point at our main LB IP. One of their requirements is geographical redundancy. I know how to do this using DNS (which they dont have) or keeping a standby (inactive) farm at the remote location.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this (does anyone support IP layer balancing) so we can maintain an active configuration that is actually doing something at the remote location?
Thanks in advance for any input
