FTP error

Looking for explanation

I've looked on a number of ftp error websites and cannot find any explanation or solution to the errors my users are getting.
This is when they are attempting to pickup a file, nowhere can I find how to correct
* ERROR(RETR) 3

ERROR(STOR) -2 7672
I believe this is regarding storing a file. We don't have any size limits on the files they can store. No where can I find how to correct

What operating system & FTP server are you running? That could help us get to square one, at least.

Yea, that probably help huh?
They're ftping to an NT server and we're just using the ftp services on that.
