Hey All,

I'm looking for a web based Customer Relationship Managment or Trouble Ticket package. Using mysql as the back end.

I would like something that would allow my to track my resources for multiple clients and each client may have multiple users. I contract services to multiple companies and would like 1 package to track all my time.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

thanks,
daisho

We're just starting to use Microsoft CRM.

We are using Talisma and it does offer an sdk so that you can integrate it with your other applications including your web site.

Mmmm, no prices given for Talisma - that's generally a good indication of a product being pricey....

Mr Bo Jangles -

The price we paid was considerably less then what was pitched from other enterprise level crm solutions. However, when we did the integration MS had yet to launch their crm package so I can't speak to ms and what that might have cost.
