We are intrested in minitoring our site performance from 3 geographic locations (North America, Europe and Australia).

Any suggestions about good site monitor service providers?

I haven't used any, myself. But a Google search for site monitoring shows quite a few that look good.

we use websitepulse and find the service good and cheap and reliable - and wouldn't be without such a service for a critical site.
