Recording audio from a website using Sound Recorder

Does anyone know how to record audio from a website using Microsoft Sound Recorder? I don't have a microphone but would like to hear a .wav file that's being played on a website. Can this be done? I tried doing it but it didn't work.

Just look at the source of the webpage, and find the file that's being called.

Then, just download it.
