auto responder link mailloop

Im looking for a program that will do most of what mailloop claims it can do, newsletters, opt-in/out classified ad postings email striping and more. I am coserned about a program that is not located on the server to work as an auto-reponder. That would mean my pc would have to be on 24/7 to give instant replies. I have called and written to ask about the mailloop program but they never replied I guess customer service is not their number one priority Anymore. Any suggestion on what to look at

I have tried nearly every mail server program that runs on the server and was disappointed with the results of each. I finally gave up and hired a programmer overseas to code one for me. The result is exactly what I need, nothing else. Was about the same price as some of the commercial ones, and it was written to my specs.
