We have about 8k AOL users that signed up via double opted-in method to our montly newsletter. Lately, we've been getting a lot of bounce backs due to AOL 9.0 upgrade. Since users will have to add our site to their address book to get the monthly newsletter and not all users know about this. What would be the best way to notfied our AOL users?
We've thought about an instructional email on how to add our site to their address list but with the bounce back rate so high I'm not sure if that will work...
