Reverse DNS Problems

Problems with propagating DNS information to the rest of the Internet.

I hope someone here can help me out. I've been banging my head against this problem for the last 3 months and don't know where else to turn.

Problem:
I've updated my ns1 DNS to give my mail server a reverse lookup record, it was successful at updating ns2 DNS, BUT unable to propagate this through to the rest of the internet.

Has anyone else encountered a DNS issue such as this? I've talked to NetSol about this issue, but they have been sending me around in circles.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
