Hi there,

we have inherited a mail server on which we run Rockliffe Mail Site 5. We host several domains and have a default one set up. If I send myself a mail (or to any other domain on the same server) the email header identifies that it was received 'from' the correct ISP 'by' the default domain (which it should do). However if I receive mail from a domain not hosted by us, the default domain ('received by' in the header) shows up as another one that we host... Can anyone tell me how this might happen? And how I can stop my client's domain from showing up in all our mail headers?

Thanks for your help,

Sounds like a question for their tech support department. It doesn't seem like something set up wrong in the Zone files if the other domains are working correctly.
