I've been asked to create a simple Formmail form which will interact easily with the client's ACT! system. I'm not familiar with ACT!, so before I go down a wrong turning has anyone any experience of using Web Response Grabber by eGrabber or any similar product?

I'm an ACT! user, but I'm not familiar with the grabber software. ACT works with delimited text files, as I recall, so chances are all you have to do is get the data in the right format. The trick will be automating it so that you don't have to mess around adding blank fields, etc., every time you want to import new data.

Let us know how this works - I've got a few sites that could improve their contact capture methodology, and others have brought up this topic in the past.
