How can I let users post their classified ads on my site?

I don't currently have a forum they can post in

Somehow I've ended up as the #1 result for "used widgets" in Google UK. My pages also show up between #1 and #10 in SERPS for "refurbished widgets", "second user widgets" etc. But I don't buy or sell any of those widgets. OK, I posted Adsense on those pages to earn some revenue but I'm thinking of charging users to post their own "For Sale" or "Wanted" ads. Each ad would get it's own page where customers could describe the product in as much detail as poss. As the widgets sell for four figure sums I'm assuming £30 per month would be a fair charge per customer. I believe I could get a minimum of about 10-20 ads a month.

I've got Actinic I could use to collect the dosh. Is there any easy way I can automatically collect the details (text and images) to create each customer's page manually later?

There are free and paid classified programs available for all scripting platforms. Give a search on some of the script repositories and you'll find some.
