Visual Basic - How much for software

Can someone answer a very basic question for me? Roughly, how much is the Visual Basic software? A ballpark figure will do. And where can I buy it?

MSRP is $109 for standard and $1079 for pro.

You can get this ANYWHERE that sells computer products. It's certainly not hard to find.
