How do I backup my forwarding emails settings?

I've spent hours setting a lot of email redirections on my site. Is hosted on linux and I only have access trough a control panel called Vertex.

So I wonder how to backup those settings just I case my hosting have some problem...

I'm pretty sure they must be recorded in some file... but How do I download that file and what one is it?

so so. I asked to them. There is a backup tool for the whole site but I don't think forwarding email settings are included there..
