Been working on some geo-targetting, all looks as if it working but need to test it. Need to appear as if I was a user based in Germany and Italy and not too sure how to do it. Is there a proxy or something I can go through?

Use a text browser and route yourself through an open proxy in that country. Now the problem is you have to find one :D
Sadly I dont know any but that is the easiest way other that signing up for an account in that country and dialing up to it.
