how can i make a user with 800x600 screen go to a page optimised for that and 1024x768 go to another page?
Also to each from each country or, how can i send a user to a certain page so to accomodate there language?

Have you tried hotscripts.com? I just went there and typed in "language" and it looks like the first result may be what you're looking for. At least for the language part of your post. My guess is that you can probably find a redirect script for browser resolution too, but I didn't look for one.
