DHTML menu problem

Crossframes X&Y Coordinates --> how do they work?

I have Sothink DHTML Menu and I want to know what to enter for the X & Y coordinates in the Cross-Frame WIZard.

Where do i get these numbers from?

I have a top and bottom frame and want new pages to load in the bottom frame....
