As the new "computer kid" at my company they have asked me to find a couple software solutions. One of them being a web hosting "control panel" outfit. The only two big names that I am aware of are Ensim and Plesk. Does anyone have any experience with either? Which one do you use? Are there other options out there? Share with us your stories (good and bad), please!

For an example of what I'm discussing please go here: <snip>

I know we're not suppose to post links but I think this may be an exception. If not please remove it.

Thanks!

Another board to check out is webhostingtalk dot com. You'll find some *very* unbiased opinions in all matters pertaining to hosting.

I looked a little bit into Cpanel. Seems like a workable solution. But I can't get to the main development website.

Thanks for the referral. That website looks great. I have a lot of reading to do :)

There is also Webmin - never used it though.

And there is the option to use ldap on your server.
