US state wise ip range

hello guys
im looking for the ip range for the surfers from state of florida.

for instance all asian surfers have their ips starting with
202 or 203,210,211,218,219,220,61

i need the list for florida state.

You may find some help here [maxmind.com] although I'm skeptical. Identifying a visitor's country can be challenging, I don't think you can reliably identify their state.
