Here is what the URL will look like:

www.domain.com/pagename.php/var1/var2/

Will the spiders, namely Google, spider this without out a problem or will they just hit "pagename.php" and disregard the "vars"? Will they not spider it at all?

Or will it be spidered fully without error?

Thanks

It will spider it fine, even with parsing variables Google seems to be spidering those pages better too now :)

Thanks EliteWeb. That is what i needed to know.

Are there any other way that is proven to be better, or are all the different ways which you can modify your URLs basically treated the same?

You may want to ensure that your url will still work without the ending "/" on it. Inktomi has a problem with this. It will always string the last slash and request that page.
