I've got a client that cannot get to 1 of my websites. She gets 404 PAGE NOT FOUND. I'm not sure what's going on. I can get to it fine, and so can everybody else...
She works at a college and is going through their intranet to get out to the Internet. I feel certain that this is some type of connectiviy/network problem on their end, but cannot prove it.
How would one go about troubleshooting this?
