GUI admin interface for linux server?

we are just about to migrate from raq to proper linux server. i know a (very little) bit of unix but would much prefer to admin via a browser.

anyone know of anything out there which i could install?

Yep, do a Google search for "Webmin" and you should find a nice, powerful, skinnable tool that has plug-in support. :)
