Reseller Hosting Required

looking for a better solution.

I currently host my sites with a reseller in the UK. They are Ok, but over the last year have promised things, but havent delivered (eg administrator control panels) etc... They also seem to be casual about answering my emails.

So although its not an emergency, im slowly looking for better resellers.

The problem is, there are so many i dont know who is good and whos bad. Ive looked into fasthosts in the UK, they seem to have everything i want, but i done a search on this forum, and there is not a good word about them.

I need Windows 2000 Host, ASP, Control Panel for myself and customers, Stats, ODBC, SQL, Ecommerce options. And the ability to upload components to the server. (well everything that fasthost offer and more :) )

Any recommendations?
Sticky me if you know of any actual names, or post for some good advice
