Looking for live chat tool or script

Hi!
I want to install a live chat for customer service on my site. Does anyone have recommendations for something I can install on my sistem? I am trying one called Live Service Desk, written in perl, but I am having trouble configuring it. Is there anything else that may be plug-and-play? My site is mostly asp.

This is strictly for ASP sites. It looks very good, and you run it on your own server. I plan on buying a copy in two weeks.

There is also www.clickchatsold.com which offers a free service, but I found it to be unreliable.
