Scroll Bar...

Hello :),

Does anyone know the code to change the scroll bar color? And is there any down sides to changing the color? I don't see it much, is there a reason why?

The main issue is that this code is Explorer only. Also, on a commercial site, I'd also be wary of the disorientation that changing basic GUI elements might cause.

But it can be a fun effect, so here's to you!

Thanks, its perfect..it seems the earlier and other browsers that can't use it just ignore it.(which is great)
