Browser usage statistics

I'm doing QA on our new site and I'd like to know which sub-releases of the
following browsers are most commonly in use;

1) AOL 4.x, 5.x
2) Netscape 4.51, 4.72
3) IE 4.0, 5.0, 5.5

Do you know where I can find this type of granular statistics?
Which sub-releases would you recommend testing?
