Does anyone use or know of a simple cgi script that would be an online helpdesk? I mean simple! It would only need to track client name, date opened, date closed, problem, and resolution. Search functions would be useful.

I haven't seen a simple one, but I'll post one that I've been looking over. Simple Support [solutionscripts.com]. It's pricey ($599 up), but if it's half as good as their HomeFree package, it'll be top-notch.
