Best HTML Editors & Graphic Tools

Migrated from MS Windows to RedHat Linux OS

I was previously working with MS Frontpage HTML editor. Now currently I'm working under RedHat Linux 7.3 OS. So can any one tell me which editor is similar to MS Frontpage in Linux. And also tell me what are all the best HTML editors in RedHat Linux.

And also graphic tool, I was previously using PSP. Now I've got not idea which graphic tool to use in Linux. Please also give the list of graphic desinging tools which are being successfully used in Linux OS.
