I've seen it used here and there as a header / display font on various websites. It works pretty well, but the rest of the font-family that you serve to the other 13% can look pretty anaemic by contrast. Of course, that 13% never get to know what they're missing!

It is considered one of the "websafe" fonts in that it comes shipped with MSIE (and other MS applications) and has certain features that are supposed to make it easy to read onscreen (e.g. large x-heights). I never use it, though, and I don't think it's terribly easy to read at small font sizes. If you do use it, then sparingly.

If you want to use any new fonts for Title or Header [or just not whole page, you know what I mean :)] and if you are not sure about users having those fonts, then use them as an image. So you won't have to worry about users having those fonts or not :)

NeedScripts, that works yes but you loose the SEO power of the Header tags then.

You got it kindred1 - add some common sans serif fonts.
They will render with much less visual impact because they are not such a bold, oversized font. But at least your visitor will see a sans serif instead of their default, which could be anything.
