Need help with a swish problem

Hi i have added a little sound loop in my swish swi. I have put a text saying turn sound off thus giving the user the option of turning the music off if they dont like it. I highlighted this text and set (on mouse click) (stop all sounds) this works fine but my only problem is that when the scene loops and starts from the beginning again so do the music. How can I get the music to stop dead once the user has clicked on my text. It is annoying when the scene loops and the music starts again.

seperate the music from the images / text..
you could make two scenes or loops (forgotten what they are called in swish) one with and one without sound, the sound off takes you to the quiet one and from the quiet one the sound on takes you to the loud one, each loops .....
