How to rotate banner adverts?

Rotate upto 5 standard size affiliate ads

Anyone know any guide sites that show how to rotate my affiliate banner ads, upto 5, all same sizing.
Ideally to change on every page view, + if poss to always show top priority advert to unique surfer, then 2nd priority and so on?
My website is a simple frontpage / html.

Hi there. what you could do is download a simply banner rotation script from somewhere like hotscripts.com that way you can host the ads on your own site and be able to track clicks etc on your server. of you dont require this what you could do is joing comission junction and use what they term as a zone. a zone allows you to set up several adverts that will rotate and you only use one snippet of html. I personaly would rather host the ads myself though.

If you are using a datbase driven website, you could setup a new table for ads. Make a script randomly select an ad, based on any criteria you put into the db (e.g. type, category, lowest views, highest clickthroughs, etc.)
