Netscape 6.2 table aligned center bug?

Centered table is slightly adjusted left on scrollbared pages

My centered tabled page contains a grapical menu bar at the top of every page. It doesn't look too good when Netscape 6.2 keeps kicking the table 30px left when it needs a scrollbar and back 30px to the right when it doesn't.

Does anyone know of a workaround?

The easiest work-around I have come up with is to make sure your pages are long enough for a scroll bar to be present
