Two frames, one scroll bar

Can it be done?

I want to have one scroll bar controll the content of two frames simaltaniously so they do not loose their alignment with each other. Can you help me?

AFAIK, it can't be done with just standard frames layout, but there may be some way to make it *look* that way...
